Job Description

Plan, prepare, and execute café menu items including breakfast, brunch, light meals, and bakery coordination
Oversee daily kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff
Ensure food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation standards
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation as per FSSAI norms
Manage inventory, vendor coordination, ordering, and stock control
Control food cost, reduce wastage, and ensure efficient use of resources
Train, guide, and evaluate kitchen staff
Coordinate with front-of-house for smooth service operations
Ensure compliance with SOPs and kitchen discipline
