The Role:

As our Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in developing and perfecting our unique ice cream flavors. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef to create exciting, natural recipes that delight our customers and set new trends in the industry. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, energetic, and ready to dive into the delicious and fast-paced world of ice cream making.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and testing of new ice cream flavors and recipes, focusing on natural and high-quality ingredients.
Ensure the maintenance of flavor consistency and quality across all batches.
Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling and training, to maintain an efficient and harmonious work environment.
Collaborate with the Head Chef and other team members to innovate and keep up with current trends in the ice cream industry.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing relationships with vendors.
Implement and maintain health and safety standards in the kitchen.
Provide input on menu design and presentation of ice cream products.
Participate in company events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.


Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role, preferably with experience in dessert or ice cream making.
Culinary school degree or equivalent professional experience.
Strong passion for natural ingredients and creative cooking.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
A team player with a positive attitude and a hands-on approach.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
