Founded in 2011 by renowned celebrity chef Dharshan Munidasa together with Mahela Jayawardena and Kumar Sangakkara, Ministry of Crab is the only restaurant in Sri Lanka consistently ranked on Asia’s 50 best restaurant list from 2015 to 2022. With overseas outposts in Shanghai, Chengdu, Mumbai, Maldives and Bangkok, the restaurant continues to expand internationally.
