JD – Will be responsible to efficiently running of the department in line with brand and Corporate Strategies and standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

The Jr Sous Chef is responsible managing /assigned kitchen operation as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration.

Eligibility –

• BHM/B.A or Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management, Worked at least 2-3 years as a Sous Chef / Key position in the Kitchen with a brand restaurant chain or Hotel.
• Communication must be excellent should be good in guest handling, conversation if required, Innovative, knowledge of menu planning and overall Menu Costing, team building and handling.
