OPENING FOR EXECUTIVE CHEF – RESTAURANT OPERATIONS ( with good knowledge of Continental) FOR GHANA,WEST AFRICA.
GRADUATION IS A MUST
We are currently having a requirement for the position of Executive Chef – Restaurant Operations for our clients in Ghana to oversee the existing chain of Continental Cuisine casual dining outlets.

Position Executive Chef – Restaurant Operations
Educational Qualification: Degree in Hotel Management / Graduate with Diploma in Hotel Management
Must be computer literate and have good command over English Language.
Experience 10-15 years plus in F&B Production ( Specialise in Indian & Pan Asian Cuisine) with Reputed Restaurant Chain Operations. To Oversee Pre Opening, Menu Planning, R&D, Training, Quality & Hygiene, Food Preparation, Duty Rostering, Budgeting & Forecasting, Costing, Vendor Management, Inventory Management, Planning, MIS Reporting etc.
Salary : USD $1700 -2000 p.m. nett ( depending on experience and current salary)

Contract 18months to 2 Years Renewable on mutual consent.
