Hong Kong, Moo-Lah, the latest dining venture from the team behind Seoul’s Born & Bred, has opened its doors on Hollywood Road, Central Hong Kong. This innovative concept, led by renowned Korean Hanwoo beef expert Jung Sang-won, combines classic Hong Kong flavors with top-quality Korean Hanwoo beef, offering a unique twist on local comfort food.

Exceptional Hanwoo Beef Meets Hong Kong Comfort Classics

Moo-Lah brings a rich, cultural fusion of Hong Kong’s culinary tradition with the celebrated quality of Hanwoo beef. Known for its marbling and robust flavor, Hanwoo beef at Moo-Lah is carefully selected from the top 1++ (No.9) category, ensuring a tender and flavorful dining experience. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to highlight the unique attributes of Hanwoo beef, which strikes a balance between Japanese and American beef textures, creating a rich, satisfying flavor that complements traditional Hong Kong recipes.

A Dining Experience Like No Other

Moo-Lah’s intimate 24-seat diner showcases a nostalgic yet modern Cha Chaan Teng-inspired interior with jade-green mosaic tiles and rustic concrete walls. The menu features both lunch and dinner options, each with set menus highlighting Hanwoo beef. Guests can enjoy the aromatic Curry Beef Brisket, Black Peppered Hanwoo Burger, and traditional desserts like White Sugar Sponge Cake.

Lunch service offers a 3-course set menu starting from HK$168, with choices such as Hanwoo Beef Brisket in Clear Broth and Black Sesame Rolls. For dinner, a 5-course set menu starting from HK$268 includes options like Hanwoo Kalbi Short Rib Noodles and a Chargrilled Hanwoo Burger.
