– Educating and giving knowledge to the customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drinks menus and answering their queries.
– Preparing and selling of coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes.
– Maintaining inventories by replenishing coffee beans at coffee bar.
– Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
– Improving the quality results by studying, evaluating and re-designing processes: implementing changes: maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar.
– Time to time updating ourself by participating in educational opportunities, reading coffee, retail trade and food service publications, maintaining personal networks.
– Enhancing coffee shop reputation by accepting ownership forget accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
