Job Description

The role will suit experienced F&B professionals with a meticulous eye for detail in working in a great team, assist each other when needed, help to coordinate the operations of the restaurant during their shift.

Have a minimum of 1years’ experience working in a food preparation and kitchen environment

About the role:

Assist the Chef in the performance and food production of the restaurant
Anticipating pressure points before they arise
Push production levels and profitability
Help to organize mis en place, food preparation and service
Work hard to achieve targets set by senior management
Help to Plan and Coordinate Staff
Help to train, manage and motivate staff
Support the Chef and Manager with their day to day duties
