Purpose-
The purpose of this post is to assist in the preparation and service of all sections in the kitchen under the general guidance and supervision of the chef.
JOB FUNCTION-
1 Maintaining high standards of hygiene.
2 Preparing the ingredients for operations.
3 Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
4 Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation.
5 Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your specialty.
6 Maintaining FIFO in kitchen
7Assisting chef in optimization of wastages, variance control.

EPERIENCE- 1-2 Years in Hotels/Restaurants
