A passionate chef with 15+ years of experience. Worked with organisations like ITC group of hotels as a Sous Chef, Café Coffee day as their Senior Manager in Food Innovation’s, Tupperware as their Culinary Product Specialist.

Eventually felt the need to branch out and start something that is creative, innovative and challenging and founded Basque Tarta De Queso in 2020. Which aims at bringing you a unique experience that breaks all the stereotypes of traditional cheesecakes, The Basque Cheesecake. This rustic looking cheesecake is baked to perfection with a beautiful burnt top, giving it that caramelized flavor and a creamy texture on the inside that just melts in your mouth! Crafted using premium ingredients, a rich blend of flavors, and luscious textures you will never forget.

My 3 signature Basque Cheesecake:

Lemon Basque Cheesecake – this flavour is very close to my heart it was the first basque flavour that I experimented with. It was challenging but gave me great joy when I was able to nail the recipe. It all started with a lemon tree in my garden.

Salted Caramel Basque Cheesecake- one of our bestsellers, it’s one of those party stopper cakes which is dramatic with the pouring of warm caramel while serving.

Tiramisu Basque Cheesecake – this flavour took a year to crack. I personally love Tiramisu its my go to dessert and therefore I wanted to introduce it on our menu.
