Duddell’s Unveils New A La Carte, Dim Sum, and Hairy Crab Menus Plus Upcoming Night Brunch and Sharing Cocktails

One MICHELIN-starred Duddell’s, a renowned Cantonese restaurant in Hong Kong, has launched an exciting array of new menus for the autumn season, along with creative sharing cocktails and its anticipated monthly Night Brunch on October 19th. With each offering, Duddell’s continues to elevate Cantonese cuisine under the guidance of Master Executive Chef Chan Yau Leung.

New A La Carte and Dim Sum Menus

The main dining room at Duddell’s now features ten new Cantonese dishes, such as:

  • Deep-Fried Egg Custard with Scallop and Caviar (HK$288) for a luxurious take on a local favorite
  • Typhoon Shelter Style Crispy Pork Belly (HK$198) inspired by Hong Kong’s iconic street flavors
  • Braised Australian Supreme 3 Heads Abalone with Goose Palm (HK$698) served with Duddell’s signature abalone sauce

The dim sum menu also sees the addition of creative dishes like the Fish Broth Dumpling with Fish Maw (HK$158), Spicy Lobster Spring Roll (HK$98), and Crispy Puff Pastry with Lobster (HK$118), showcasing Duddell’s culinary flair.

Seasonal Hairy Crab Specials

From October 21st to November 30th, Duddell’s offers a seasonal hairy crab menu, featuring delicacies such as Steamed Whole Jiangsu Hairy Crab (HK$888 per 300g) and a Hairy Crab Tasting Menu (HK$1,688+10%) that includes xiaolongbao, shrimp toast, and braised noodles. Enhance your meal with an optional wine pairing (HK$1,088) to elevate the experience.

Sips to Share: New Cocktails for Groups

Ideal for social gatherings, Duddell’s new “Sips to Share” cocktail series includes:

  • Hugo (HK$598), a refreshing blend of St Germain, Prosecco, and ginger beer
  • Big Old Fashioned (HK$880) for groups, featuring a bold mix of bourbon, rye, and bitters
  • Espresso (HK$398), a caffeinated concoction with Ketel One Vodka and espresso liqueur

Upcoming Night Brunch on October 19th

For a unique twist on traditional dim sum, join Duddell’s for its Night Brunch on October 19th.
