Estro Unveils New A La Carte Menu for Dinner, Offering a Fresh Dining Experience Under the Leadership of One MICHELIN-Starred Chef Antimo Maria Merone

In response to shifting dining preferences over the past two years, one MICHELIN-starred Estro in Hong Kong is proud to present a brand-new à la carte menu for dinner, marking a new chapter in its acclaimed Italian dining experience. Under the direction of celebrated Neapolitan Chef Antimo Maria Merone, Estro now offers guests the freedom to personalize their dining experience while still maintaining the option of its renowned tasting menus. This shift caters to diners seeking more flexibility without compromising the restaurant’s hallmark of high-quality, innovative Italian cuisine.

A Fresh Approach to Italian Fine Dining

Estro’s newly introduced à la carte menu allows guests to tailor their dinner experience with a minimum requirement of three courses per person, perfect for tables of up to six diners. Diners can mix and match from 12 exquisite dishes, blending appetizers, pastas, and main courses to create their own unique meals. Whether opting for three appetizers, or a combination of pastas and mains, the new format delivers both versatility and exceptional flavor.

For those who prefer a more structured dining experience, Estro continues to offer its signature 6-course “Essentials” and 8-course “Extended” tasting menus, both of which have earned critical acclaim.

Seasonal Offerings on the A La Carte Menu

Chef Antimo has crafted a menu brimming with seasonal flavors and culinary artistry. The appetizer selection includes tempting choices such as Aori-Ika (HK$580) featuring almond, lemon, and caviar, as well as Tomato (HK$280) paired with burrata and olive oil.

For pasta lovers, highlights include the Bottoni (HK$380), stuffed with buffalo cheese, guanciale, and peppercorns, and the rich Pappardelle (HK$480), served with onion “Genovese” ragout and wagyu.

Main course options bring an elevated touch, featuring dishes like Blue Lobster (HK$880) with sabayon and crustacean sauce, and the luxurious Kiwami Beef M9 (HK$880) accompanied by pearl vegetables, preserved truffle, and sherry vinegar.

New Lunch Selections

In addition to the new dinner offerings, Estro has revamped its lunch menu with curated options that cater to various appetites. Guests can now enjoy a 2-course selection for HK$580, which includes one appetizer and either a pasta or a main course. For a more extensive meal, options extend up to five courses, offering a mix of appetizers, pastas, and mains, ranging from HK$680 to HK$980.

Updated Corkage Policy

To further enhance the dining experience, Estro has reduced its corkage fee from HK$1,000 to HK$700, allowing diners to bring their own bottle of wine for every two guests. The restaurant also offers a private dining room for up to nine people with a minimum spending requirement of HK$16,000 for dinner and HK$8,000 for lunch.
