Looking for a sous chef with continental base to manage multiple cloud kitchen operations.
This role involves managing multiple kitchens all over the city.
Candidate will be responsible for the following – 1. Menu planning, recipes, sop
2. Food costing, individual kitchen p&l and overall p&l
3. Staff hiring, training, grooming, promoting
4. Overall Hygiene
5. Raw material ordering and stock handling
