Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of North Indian dishes, ensuring high quality and consistency.
Oversee and manage the entire kitchen operations, including inventory management, food preparation, and presentation.
Develop and refine recipes to enhance the menu.
Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cooking North Indian cuisine.
Proven ability to manage a kitchen and lead a team.
