CDP – Robata
Cook with fire & charcoal!
Must have the ability to cook meat to the correct doneness.
Preparation & service of high quality wood fired dishes
Cuisine is Asian but prior knowledge in Asian is *not* a must.
Daily stock checks and ordering
Leading a team of Robata cooks
Assisting the Brand chef & Head Chef in R&D
