Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and drinks to guests
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Create innovative and unique cocktails using high-quality ingredients
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area to ensure an efficient and safe work environment
• Handle cash and card payments, and manage transactions effectively
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient supplies are available
• Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures

Skills
• Proven experience as a bartender in a busy hospitality setting
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails and drink recipes
• Highly skilled in customer service and interacting with guests
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication skills, liquor documentations and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Smart Serve certification
