Position reports to Head of Finance

Minimum Qualification (i.e education, training etc.) : CA
Minimum Experience: Minimum 10-12 years in same industry
Special Skills/Attributes (required for performing the job effectively)
• Sound Knowledge of Accounting Standards & Systems
• Understanding of Statutory Compliances & Taxes
• Good Knowledge of Tally & Excel
• Good Knowledge of Showman MMS and POS
Overall Purpose/Objective of the job Responsible for all operations pertaining to Accounts Payable function including processing of vendor/ agency invoices and payments on time. Ensure compliance to various tax processes for the Center
Key Responsibilities (List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives)
• Manage & oversee the daily operations of the accounts department including.
• Account Payable/ Account Receivable
• Month End and year end process
• Cash Receipts & General ledger
• Cash Forecasting
• Revenue & Expenditure variance analysis
• Fixed Asset Activity
• To submit forecasted budgets by January for next financial year based on actual data of previous financial year.
• Assist in managing revenues received and dispersed including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, audit, General Ledger reporting.
• To coordinate with auditors to close financials and audits.
• Assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.
• Assist the Head of Finance with systems administration, G/L account reconciliation, budget preparations, inventories, monthly closings and full P & L responsibilities
• Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis.
• Responsible for monthly & Annually MIS
• Coordinate and complete annual audit
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statement.
