• Talent Acquisition
Time bound recruitment process to acquire best candidates matching company requirement from internal reference, job portals and consultancies. Updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions, shortlisting candidates for initial screening, coordinating interview schedule and communicating with candidates till joining.
• Employee Management
Maintaining employee records, employee engagement, retention and grievance redressal for effective communication between employees and management. Assisting with cases reported on employees, conduct investigations and closure with actions as per the Process laid down.
• Statutory Compliance
Ensuring statutory compliance through effective coordination with employees, ensure documentation of all compliance documents in coordination with consultants. Liaison with statutory authorities, responding to notices and ensuring closure. Audit of PF and other vendors on Statutory Compliance.
