Position Overview:

As a Food Runner at Bossa, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for delivering dishes to the tables, explaining the dishes, and answering any questions guests may have. Therefore a bubbly personality, confidence and a high level of English is a must.

Your excellent people skills, passion for food, confidence, and engaging personality will help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering dishes to tables promptly and with care.
Explaining the dishes to guests and answering any questions about ingredients or preparation.
Ensuring that each dish is presented beautifully and in accordance with our standards.
Assisting the waitstaff with any additional duties.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

A passion for food and a genuine interest in the culinary world.
Keep calm under pressure
Very organised and able to work with initiative.
Excellent people skills and the ability to engage with guests.
Confidence in explaining dishes and providing recommendations.
A friendly and outgoing personality.
Previous experience in a similar role within a busy, high quality restaurant environment.
