Job Description

We are looking for someone who has bundles of energy, charm, and a love of hospitality. You will get to work with people from all over the world as well as a team of friendly and dynamic professionals who all share the same ethos of quality experiences and delicious food and drink.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with some experience working in a quality driven restaurant however we are more than happy to teach the right individual everything they need to succeed. There is excellent work life balance here at Carousel and we can’t wait to bring someone in for the ride.

Responsibilities include:
· Delivering attentive and friendly service across the wine bar, guest chef dining room and events.
· Adding to a positive and hardworking culture amongst the team.
· Taking the opportunity to learn about and taste from all over the world in our weekly residencies in the Guest Chef dining room.
