Job Description:
As a Group Mixologist, you will lead our beverage program across all new projects, ensuring consistency and creativity in every glass. You will collaborate closely with our culinary teams to develop unique cocktail menus that complement our diverse culinary offerings. Your expertise will elevate our guest experience, delivering both classic and innovative cocktails with precision and flair

Responsibilities:
– Support with stylish and functional designs of our bars and create bar workflows
– Oversee vendor relations and procurement of equipment, glassware, and all mixology-related ingredients
– Curate our beverage menus – inclusive of signature cocktails, elevated classics, wine & spirit programs, and 0% ABV beverages
– Selection and hiring of our beverage teams, including team training
– Operations of all bar programs including cost audits, POS recipe form filling, etc

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Mixologist or Beverage Manager in a reputed hospitality group
– Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and craft beers
– Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively
– Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences through creative and high-quality beverage offerings
