Job Summary:
We are seeking an young enthusiastic experienced and creative chef to lead our cloud kitchen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing the menu for our cloud kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are healthy, nutritious, and delicious. The individual will also be responsible for managing the kitchen staff and ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and execute the menu for our diet-based cloud kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are healthy, nutritious, and delicious
* Manage and lead the kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
* Monitor food costs and inventory levels, and develop strategies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
* Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and consistency
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced
* Stay up-to-date with the latest food trends and dietary guidelines, and adjust the menu accordingly
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 year as a chef in a commercial kitchen, with a focus on healthy and nutritious cuisine
* Knowledge of various dietary restrictions and requirements, including vegan, gluten-free, and low-carb diets
* Ability to manage and lead a team of kitchen staff
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Passion for creating healthy and delicious meals
