We’re looking for a Chef De Partie to join our team to deliver a dining experience that has been enjoyed for over 50 years!
The role of the Chef De Partie is to successfully assist our kitchen brigade throughout service. Ideal commis chef candidates should have the following:
As a seasoned chef, you’ll be capable of running more than 1 section as part of our kitchen brigade
You’ll have prior experience as a CDP as part of a high volume service kitchen
You’ll go above and beyond to maintain the kitchen’s high standards in food rotation and restocking.
Your keen eye for detail will help us maintain impeccable kitchen and food safety standards, all while utilizing state-of-the-art kitchen production equipment.
