The role of the Commis Chef is to successfully assist our kitchen brigade throughout service. Ideal commis chef candidates should have the following:
As a seasoned ingredient preparer, you’ll be responsible for selecting only the highest quality ingredients for our world-class dishes.
You’ll go above and beyond to maintain the kitchen’s high standards in food rotation and restocking.
Your keen eye for detail will help us maintain impeccable kitchen and food safety standards, all while utilizing state-of-the-art kitchen production equipment.
