Job Description
1. Front-of-House Management: Oversees the front-of-house staff and operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and customer service.
2. Customer Experience: Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction, handle customer complaints, and engage with guests to gather feedback and foster good relationships within the community.
3. Staff Training & Development (Front-of-House): Training front-of-house staff on customer service standards, managing their performance and development to achieve operational efficiency. Lead, motivate, and support a diverse team to achieve the restaurant’s goals.
4. Sales & Marketing: May be involved in sales and marketing efforts to attract more customers, including promotions, events, and handling online reviews and social media.
5. Financial Management: Oversee the overall financial management including budgeting, financial reporting, and working to achieve financial targets.
6. Regulatory Compliance & Administration: Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
7. Liaison between Kitchen and Front-of-House: Act as a bridge between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, ensuring smooth communication and operations to ensure menu consistency and food quality.
8. Supplier Relationships: Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure the consistent quality and availability of ingredients, which in turn, affects menu consistency and food quality.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in managing a high-end fine dining restaurant to ensure high standards are met.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using leading POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Candidates from Ludhiana and nearby areas familiar with the local market are preferred
• Relocation to Ludhiana, Punjab is mandatory for this role.
