Qualifications
• Basic Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards
• Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers
• Food Innovation – Experiments to come up with new specialities that will draw customers
• Keeps up with the trends in cooking and restaurant business
• Should have worked previously as a CDP/DCDP, minimum prior experience of 5-10 Years in the Industry.
• Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned with a can do work style
• Some experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
• Strong communication skills

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Sr.Chef de Partie is responsible to assist in the kitchen, contributing to the overall success of the outlet, in accordance with the restaurant’s standards and financial goals
