GNG Developers, founded in 2019, is a Cloud Kitchen developer entity based in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. We offer exemplary food through our specialty restaurant brands “Karchi” and “Chow’s Kitchen.” Our goal is to grow and become the leading provider of specialty restaurant brands with stellar hospitality, efficient delivery, and dine-in systems. We are in the process of launching more specialty restaurant brands and opening a Multi-brand specialty restaurant food hub in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Junior Sous Chef role located in Agra. The Junior Sous Chef will be responsible for managing and leading the kitchen team in different aspects of cooking, food preparation, and plating. The Junior Sous Chef will plan the menu, order supplies, and monitor the quality of the food. The Junior Sous Chef will collaborate with the executive chef, restaurant managers, and other kitchen staff to ensure prompt food delivery, safety, and hygiene.

Qualifications
Extensive experience in a culinary field and a strong passion for cooking
Ability to manage and lead a team in the kitchen, including training and development of new team members
Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to prepare and present food according to established guidelines
Skills in menu planning and ordering supplies
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
Previous experience working in a specialty restaurant brand
