Job Description
Position:
Sous Chef/head chef
Salary – 35000 to 40000 plus incentives
Duties & Responsibilities :
Reports to CEO.
.. Will look at the overall management of the kitchen.
.. Setting up new menus, follow all sops.
.. Standardisation of recipes & food cost.
.. Makes sure the kitchen is clean, hygienic and all equipments are functioning well.
.. Raw Material Management.
.. Cooks/Manpower management in the kitchen (Setting duty rotas, shifts, leaves etc)
.. Visiting franchise locations
Education qualification:
12th /Catering graduate
Computer knowledge essential. Should know excel.
Work experience:
2 to 4 years as head chef
