PizzaExpress Area Managers use their in-depth knowledge of their teams, customers, and business to ensure that each restaurant within their portfolio operates at the highest level.
Leading multiple restaurant teams you will be drive service excellence, achieve business targets, and identify opportunities for employee and business development. You will oversee the opening of new stores and support the growth of the brand and its people while staying committed to PizzaExpress values and expressabilities while keeping Values and competencies of Gourmet Investments Pvt Ltd in terms of delivering KPI and for decision making.

Job Description, but not limited to
Lead restaurant teams to achieve their sales, food cost & wastage targets, control operational costs to meet the Business Plan.
Ensure internal & external customer service is excellent through brand specific & company wide training initiatives.
Ensure adherence to all company policies & procedures across direct responsible units / restaurants.
Ensure restaurants have strict control with adherence to cash controls, security, loss prevention, accurate financial reporting, and business controls as per internal auditing policies.
Implements measurable appraisal processes, develops, and implements training to maximize sales potential.
Fully utilize company reporting systems to monitor cluster performance & implement corrective action when necessary.
Actively manage work culture where team feel respected and appreciated, talents are recognized and rewarded with succession planning to grow talent for internal growth.
Actively manage and develop talent by coaching and guiding. Manage performance to ensure team are aligned and are behaving in line with expressabilities (Competencies), have systematic support plan to recover poor performance.
Keep premises with high hygiene standards, adhere to food safety procedures with timely training, internal checks.
