Responsibilities:
1. Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
3. Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and service areas before, during, and after service.
4. Follow hygiene and food safety protocols in line with café standards.
5. Coordinate with kitchen and barista teams for smooth and timely service.
6. Handle guest feedback and special requests professionally and courteously.
7. Stay informed about daily specials, ingredients, allergens, and Greenr’s sustainable offerings.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
1. Prior experience as a steward/floor staff/waiter in a café or restaurant (preferred, but not mandatory).
2. Basic understanding of food service etiquette and guest handling.
3. Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
4. Polite, calm, and composed demeanor in fast-paced environments.
5. Passionate about hospitality and customer satisfaction.
6. Willingness to learn about plant-based food and sustainable practices.
7. Physically fit and comfortable with long standing hours.
8. Team player with a helpful attitude.
