Job Description
Job Purpose – Research and development of new products
Key Responsibilities :
1) Develop new product ideas and recipes
2) Modify and improve existing recipes
3) Implementing improvement in product quality, stability, cost reduction, productivity and capacity in operation
4) Delivering a product from initial creative brief to successful implementation on plant
5) Prepare prototype samples, conduct sensory evaluation and maintain records
6) Design product Standard Operating Procedures
7) Conduct pilot and commercial scale production and documenting it
8) Conduct new product training for the marketing team and outlets
9) Coordinate with the regulatory team for product compliance (FSSAI)
10) Provide artwork inputs as per labeling guidelines of FSSAI and support cross functional teams with approving and finalising the artwork
11) Raw material evaluation, vendor scrutinization and approval
