Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements and brand goals.
Conceptualizing and executing styling concepts for shoots.
Source props, accessories, and materials necessary for styling according to project briefs.
Prepare and organize styling setups ensuring all elements align with brand aesthetics and objectives.
Work closely with the production team to achieve desired visual outcomes.
Maintain a keen eye for detail and ensure consistency in styling across multiple projects.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative styling techniques to enhance content quality.
Assist in post-production processes, including reviewing and selecting final images/videos for delivery.

Skills

Passion for styling and a strong understanding of aesthetic principles.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and adapt to evolving project requirements.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Flexible schedule with the ability to work on-site during shoots as needed.
