Job Description

• Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals in the creation and execution of innovative crab-centric dishes, ensuring consistency and quality at all
times.
• Develop seasonal menus that highlight the unique flavors and textures of various crab species, utilizing sustainable sourcing practices.
• Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and adherence to food safety standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers to procure the freshest and highest quality crab products, maintaining strong relationships within the seafood industry.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of creativity, teamwork, and continuous learning.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients to keep our menu offerings fresh and exciting.
