Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Waiter to lead our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, with excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

– Supervise and coordinate the activities of the waitstaff to ensure efficient and effective service.
– Greet and interact with guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
– Take orders, provide menu recommendations, and oversee the service of food and beverages.
– Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries with professionalism.
– Train, mentor, and motivate the waitstaff to maintain high standards of service and hospitality.
– Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and courteously.
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
– Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.
– Assist in inventory management and the preparation of staff schedules.

Requirements:

– Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
– Proven experience as a head waiter or in a similar leadership role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
– Strong leadership and team management abilities.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
