Position Overview:

We are seeking a poised, personable, and highly organized Hostess to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

– Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
– Manage reservations and walk-ins, ensuring efficient seating arrangements.
– Coordinate with the waitstaff and kitchen to provide accurate wait times and manage seating flow.
– Maintain a clean and organized hostess area, including the menu and guest seating chart.
– Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
– Assist in maintaining the overall ambiance of the restaurant, ensuring it reflects our brand’s aesthetic and standards.

Requirements:

– Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
– Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer service role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional service.
