Looking for a very senior level chef who has designed menus for online and offline restaurants in the gourmet space specifically with American cuisine. Good familiarity with any of the following American food cultures : Southern grilling BBQ, Roasts, East coast, west coast, Midwestern, Tex-Mex. Looking for a long term /ongoing engagement. We are based in Mumbai.
