Job Description
• Must be well versed with the entire restaurant & In room dining menu.
• Maintain and handle all the equipment and furniture of the restaurant.
• Escalate any and all guest issues to the Restaurant Supervisor.
• Learn, serve and interact with all the guests by following LQA standards.
• Ensure that the uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition, ensuring impeccable personal appearance and hygiene standards.
• Be well versed in all the food and beverage promotions and discounts within the hotel.
• Go through the department logbook every day.
• Set the side station keeping in mind the operational requirement.
• Thoroughly check the areas for any cleanliness, repair, and maintenance related issues.
• Lay the cutlery/crockery and glassware as per order.
• Relay the tables as soon as they get vacant.
• Obtains stationeries, beverages, food and bar supplies from the store.
• Constantly clean and clear all the guest tables and the side stations
