Job Description
ROLE:
1) Develop a range of products, such as Flatbreads,
Marinades, Cooking Sauces, Desserts, etc. (Veg &
Non-Veg).
2) Must experiment and master new product recipes.
3) Developing product-specific SOPs for high-volume
quick services.
4) Conduct competitive analysis and market research.
SKILLS
1) Good knowledge of continental cuisines and ingredients
(European, American, Middle Eastern, and Korean).
2) 8+ years experience in the professional kitchen
environment.
3) Good understanding of marination techniques
4) Experience in a high-volume kitchen is a plus.
5) Experience with costing dishes and inventory
management
