Job Description

Yuvya is looking for a Chef to join the company & contribute with culinary expertise in the journey to create a Pan India brand with Global ambition. We are looking for a candidate meeting following requirements
• Passionate, enthusiastic & enterprising
• Self driven with ability to work remotely when required
• Innovative in creating unique &authentic food recipes
• Preparing ingredient & product specifications & SOP’s (Standard Operating Processes)
• Knowledge of food science & exposure to kitchen equipment’s & technology is a plus
• Understands & is passionate about Indian cuisine overall
• Can work effectively with multiple team members & food ingredient suppliers
• For right candidate experience is not a constraint. Compensation & role seniority will be commensurate to experience. Could be nil to 10 years work experience. Should be a good learner &implementer
• You will have an opportunity to work with freedom, grow rapidly as the brand grows & will be offered stock option. To start with this will be an individual contributor role. As Yuvya grows in to multiple cities, this role will be expanding to lead our culinary team salary will be commensurate with overall candidate profile.

Yuvya is a food service start-up developing a premium “Indian multi-cuisine restaurant chain” serving tasty, authentic and healthy Indian food with consistent quality. The menu will include Indian food from various regions of India – North, South, and East & West & also Indian Chinese food. To deliver our promise, we will use automation through hardware and software. The tech backbone will ensure scalability of the model and quality consistency. Founders are IIT Engineers with technology experience & are passionate about developing Indian restaurant chain using technology.
