Priced at HK$568 per guest, this indulgent experience includes a choice of Mariage Frères tea or coffee. For an enhanced experience, optional tea pairings are available for an additional HK$150 or sparkling tea for HK$230.

The menu offers a delightful array of sweet and savory treats:

• Finger sandwiches with a mini soup
• Freshly baked classic scones with homemade jams and clotted cream
• Pre-desserts like Japanese honeydew melon with miso ice cream parfait
• Plated desserts, including Strawberry Verbena Savoy Cake, Mango Mochi Cake, and Black Sesame Mille-Feuille

Guests can also enjoy the signature Butterfly Vanilla Flan and a selection from the tableside dessert trolley featuring items like Truffle Chocolate, Palmier, and Marble Madeleine.
