Job Description
Duties:
● Assisting the restaurant manager in supervising staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring that
employees are trained properly.
● Ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly by monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and
coordinating with vendors.
● Maintaining high-quality customer service by responding to customer complaints, ensuring that orders are prepared correctly, and ensuring that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.
● Assisting with financial management by monitoring revenue and expenses, preparing financial reports, and developing strategies to increase sales.
● Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the restaurant, increase brand awareness, and attract new customers.
● Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as restaurant policies and procedures.
● Assisting with the development of new menu items and specials, and monitoring customer feedback to make improvements as necessary.
● Handling administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, managing paperwork, and maintaining employee records.
● Conducting performance evaluations, coaching and training staff, and ensuring that the team is motivated and performing to the best of their abilities.
