Chef Jeremy Chan of the two Michelin-starred Ikoyi will collaborate with Chef Jan Hartwig of the three Michelin-starred JAN for an exclusive lunch and dinner experience, celebrating N25 caviar and autumn’s finest micro-seasonal produce.
As Chef Ambassadors for N25 caviar, Jeremy and Jan bring their unique culinary styles together to craft a menu that highlights the exceptional quality and range of N25 caviar. Chef Jan, known for his creative reinterpretation of German cuisine, and Jeremy, celebrated for his bold, spice-driven approach, will create a one-of-a-kind menu that blends their distinct visions in a celebration of the season, produce, and caviar.
The collaboration promises to deliver an unforgettable dining experience with intricately crafted dishes that reflect the combined mastery of two of Europe’s most acclaimed chefs. The event offers a rare opportunity to witness their culinary synergy, making it a must-attend for fine dining enthusiasts.
The lunch and dinner are priced at £400 per person, with optional wine, sake, or tea pairings available upon request.
