On the 25th and 26th of September, guests will experience a unique 9-course menu crafted by Chef Jack Lam of Ming Pavilion and Chef Edmond Lam, from the MICHELIN Bib Gourmand-awarded Man Yuen Restaurant.
This limited-time event is priced at HK$1,788+10% per person and promises a memorable evening of exquisite flavors. The chefs will blend their culinary expertise, offering signature dishes from each restaurant while introducing exclusive collaborative creations.
Ming Pavilion x Man Yuen Restaurant 9-Course Collaborative Dinner Menu Highlights
The evening kicks off with a stunning Appetiser Platter featuring golden oysters and chicken liver tart from Man Yuen, alongside home-style steamed dumplings and deep-fried hand-chopped prawn rolls from Ming Pavilion. Diners will then indulge in Ming Pavilion’s Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, followed by a collaborative course of Sea Cucumber stuffed with Seaweed.
Man Yuen’s Stir-Fried King with fresh prawns and sakura shrimp will satisfy lovers of Cantonese wok-hei cuisine, while the Huadiao Wine Fujian Hetian Chicken with Spring Onion Sauce, marinated with 25-year-old Huadiao wine, offers a rich, aromatic experience. The journey continues with Ming Pavilion’s Local Lobster, and a shared dish of Tomato stuffed with Fuzhou “Shan Shu” in White Rice Vinegar. The savory courses conclude with a delicate Fried Rice in Casserole, a hearty finale to the savory portion of the meal.
The meal wraps up with a sweet note, including red bean soup with dried tangerine peel and homemade mochi with sweet taro paste.
